Pancakes with Preschoolers Recipe

Making pancakes with kids can be a fun and rewarding experience for both the children and the adults involved. Not only does it provide an opportunity for quality time spent together, but it also offers a chance for kids to learn valuable life skills in the kitchen. By involving children in the pancake-making process, they can develop their motor skills, creativity, and confidence as they help measure ingredients, mix the batter, and flip the pancakes.

Stir with a large spoon until combine. A few lumps are okay.
Heat a large griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Grease the pan with vegan butter or coconut oil and drop ⅓ cup pancake batter onto the pan. Cook until bubbles form, flip, cook for one more minute and enjoy!
