DIY Flower Prints

Spring has sprung! And what better way to celebrate than homemade flower prints. This is a quick and easy project that is great for all ages.

Materials needed:

-Watercolor paper
-Flowers/leaves
-Parchment paper
-Hammer (we used wooden play doh hammers)

Steps:

First you need to collect your flowers and plants. You can buy a cheap bouquet from the store, pick some flowers from the garden, or go on a walk and collect flowers and plants along the way.

After you have your flowers, place them face down on the water color paper and cover with the parchment paper.

Once you have the flowers laid out the way you like, the fun begins! Take your hammer and hammer the flowers into the paper. The color from the flowers will transfer to the watercolor paper leaving a beautiful spring print!
