Directed Drawing Pigs

For this activity, your preschooler will be listening to and following multi-step directions. First, have your preschooler trace the large circle with a black marker for the pig’s body. Then, they will trace the smaller circle inside the larger circle. This will be the pig’s head.

Next, instruct your preschooler to draw circles for the eyes and nose. Have them draw a mouth, two triangles for the ears, and four triangles for the feet. They can also add a tail to their pig. After they finish drawing the pig, they can draw the background details such as grass and a sun. When they are done drawing, they color their pig with pink crayons.

Once the pig is colored, they can use the water colors to paint the grass, sky, and sun.
