My Child and Me

My Child and Me is a program CMP offers for children 8 weeks-36 months old and their care givers. A typical class is led by one of our staff members and will include: circle time, reading a book, music and movement, sensory play, and natural play. The class objective changes every week so no two weeks are the same.

There are many benefits to caregiver-child classes. These classes provide a dedicated time for bonding through a shared experience, allows both caregivers and children to interact with peers providing connection and sense of community, gives children a needed regular routine offering security and predictability children crave. Participating in group activities may also help children build confidence as they try new things and develop new skills in a supportive environment.
