Let me share with you a kid-friendly, time-friendly alternative to traditional guacamole. This is so low-key, delicious, and healthy, lucky us our official state fruit is none other than the buttery textured, nutrient dense, amazing avocado. It was devoured at school as a side for quesadillas and can make a wonderful spread to finish off any of your sandwiches at home!
Ingredients (makes 6 servings)
- 3 Ripe Avocados
- 1 Cup sour cream
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs mineral salt
Mix and serve! This will also keep green in the fridge for days.
